How to Handle the Fear of the Unknown | Chloe Barnes

Welcome to Season 4! We're kicking off with the wonderful Chloe Barnes. This is an episode much different than the usual. While we still learn a lot about Chloe, we dig way deeper into racial injustice, building empathy, why journaling works and how to handle relationships when you feel like the "reacher." She drops some incredible advice you NEED to hear.

Chloe is a former DI women's basketball player, current social entrepreneur, community builder, writer, speaker and advocate. She's run her own consulting company, Elle Grace Consulting LLC, and co-founded The Prolific Company, a social-impact organization that connects former athletes to meaningful careers post sport. Chloe has spent the majority of her career relentlessly pursuing her purpose (helping athletes navigate “What’s Next?” post sport) and cultivating her passions (building community through curated events and storytelling) to change the lives of thousands of high school, collegiate and professional athletes around the world. She has been named “one of the country’s most influential sports professionals” by Front Office Sports and has held leadership positions in the collegiate athletics, higher education, tech and healthcare industries.
